Beef Wellington

1. Preheat oven to 400 F

 

2. Place on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. 

3. Use an egg, or butter, wash to coat the outside of the wellington.

4. Bake on the middle rack for:

 30 mins = rare

 35 Mins = Med-Rare

 40 Mins = Medium

 45 Mina = Medium Well

 We do not recommend cooking past medium well, as the pastry may burn 

5. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Pork Wellington

1. Preheat oven to 400 F

 

2. Place on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. 

3. Use an egg, or butter, wash to coat the outside of the wellington.

4. Bake on the middle rack for:

 30 mins = For two

 35 Mins = For four

 

5. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
